Return Policy

As a final customer, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days after purchase. The period of revocation is fourteen days from the date on which the goods were accepted by you or by a third party appointed by you, who is not the carrier. 
In order to claim your right of revocation, notify us via Cardmarket message, email or contact form on our website. Sending notification of your intention to exercise your right of revocation prior to expiry of the period of revocation shall be sufficient to comply with the period of revocation.

As a professional Cardmarket user, please note that you do not have the the right of revocation as a final customer does and we reserve the right not to accept your cancellation request. Please place your order accordingly.
