To buy cards from us, just login to your cardmarket account and use the filtering options available. You can search for a specific card by name or use cardmarket wantlist to find cards from us that you are interested in buying in bulk. Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, simply add the cards to your cart and proceed to checkout. To complete your purchase, you will need to add credit to your account. You can do this by using either paypal or direct bank transfer.

We ship orders every other day to ensure timely delivery. There may be shipping delays which are usually beyond our control. In case of any shipment delay, we ask for your patience and understanding. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery time is dependent on the postal service and may vary. You can check average delivery times for your region on cardmarket. If you have any questions or concerns about the status of your order, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance. Thank you for choosing us for your card and game needs!

We are responsible for your orders and will do everything we can to ensure that you receive them. In the event that you do not receive your order, we will work to solve the problem and refund you the entire cost of your lost shipment. Orders over 25 euros are tracked and come with a tracking code so that you can monitor their delivery status.

If you’re from within the EU, there are no extra taxes or fees required of you. However, if you’re from a country that needs to undergo customs investigation for shipments from within the EU, you may need to pay customs fees, VAT, or other fees according to your country’s laws. We pay VAT from our margin as per §90 Special scheme for merchants of used goods, works of art, collectibles and antiques.

SELLING

If you want to sell your cards, all you have to do is send us a list or pictures of the cards you want to sell. We’ll let you know how much we’re willing to pay, and then you can mail the cards to us. After finalizing everything, we’ll send you the money. For further information, check out our sell page.

Our approach to determining a card’s value is by checking offers on Cardmarket. Our standard payout is up to 90% of its market value. The process can be intricate, so please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions.
We carefully assess each card to give you the best possible offer, accounting for the subjectivity of grading. It’s also essential that we confirm the accuracy of set and language information. If you provided correct data during the initial evaluation, the secondary offer should be similar to the first offer.

Ensure that your cards are securely packaged to prevent any damages during shipment. We strongly recommend using tracked shipping to avoid any complications during transportation. Please pack your cards in a hard-shell case, deck box, fat pack or another solid container or box. Do not use rubber bands, tape, paper clips, or any other containers that may damage your cards.

Please make sure the cards are packed securely and will not shift or fall out during transit, and also try to minimize any open space in the package as much as possible.

We don’t make it mandatory for you to insure the packages you send to us, but as it’s your responsibility to ship them, we highly recommend doing so. We cannot accept responsibility in the event that the package is lost or damaged during shipment.
You have the option to choose your preferred payment method. We accept bank transfer, PayPal, Bitcoin, store credit, or cash. Once you’ve accepted our final offer and provided us with the necessary information, we will proceed with the transfer of payment promptly.
We can’t provide a definite answer to this. We’ll work to process your cards and questions as soon as possible, but the time frame may vary based on factors such as the number of cards you’re selling, their condition, and delivery delays etc.
